CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

The Registration fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) paid to the school by the student will be retained as an application and enrollment fee is non-refundable.  The cost of any course books is not refundable once the first class day of that course has started.

In the event that no notice of withdrawal (written or verbal) is provided, Jamileh Kamran Arkansas Fashion School must automatically administratively withdraw a student after s/he has been absent for a maximum of 30 consecutive calendar days (excluding any scheduled breaks of the institution) and complete a refund calculation, processing any refunds to or on behalf of the student. The student will receive a refund that is the most beneficial to the student based on the two policies below. For a student in an online course, attendance is logged by activity, and projects turned in i.e. last academic activity, not by log in date.

A full refund is given to any student who cancels the enrollment contract within 72 hours after the enrollment contract is executed. If in the event the buyer cancels, the seller shall return to the buyer within 30 calendar days of the cancellation: any payments made, any goods or other property (received as a trade-in), and any note or other evidence of indebtedness given by the buyer to the seller pursuant to or regarding the sale.
