The cost of tuition for the complete fashion study is $15,305.00, not including the books. Additionally, the estimated cost of supplies is $2,035.00.
No student may begin any class until tuition is paid in full for that class. A late fee of $50.00 will be charged if a student misses the scheduled tuition payment date.
If a student has an outstanding balance by the end of a course, they will not be awarded course credit until the supply balance is cleared. This will be shown as an incomplete and must be cleared within 2 weeks. No Diploma will be awarded if a student has an outstanding balance.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash, or Check can be used to pay tuition. All checks must be made out to Jamileh Kamran Arkansas Fashion School. Students going through a student loan provider will need the loan provider to send the money directly to the school.
Tutoring is offered to students for $75.00 per hour after the 2 hours of student service hours of Tutoring have been used. Students that require additional time beyond class hours must schedule tutoring hours with the school. With a minimum of 5 hours for each session
Assistance with Projects outside of class (For all classes except IDL courses):
During a course in which a student is enrolled, Jamileh Kamran can be contacted for additional help with projects through email or directly.
Jamileh Kamran will then determine if the request requires additional email instructions, phone call assistance, extra class time, or would be better assisted by a different instructor.
All request must go through Jamileh Kamran and be approved before scheduling extra instructor time.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
The Registration fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) paid to the school by the student will be retained as an application and enrollment fee is non-refundable. The cost of any course books is not refundable once the first class day of that course has started.
In the event that no notice of withdrawal (written or verbal) is provided, Arkansas Fashion School must automatically administratively withdraw a student after s/he has been absent for a maximum of 30 consecutive calendar days (excluding any scheduled breaks of the institution) and complete a refund calculation, processing any refunds to or on behalf of the student. The student will receive a refund that is the most beneficial to the student based on the two policies below. For a student in an online course, attendance is logged by activity, and projects turned in i.e. last academic activity, not by log in date.
A full refund is given to any student who cancels the enrollment contract within 72 hours after the enrollment contract is executed. If in the event the buyer cancels, the seller shall return to the buyer within 30 calendar days of the cancellation: any payments made, any goods or other property (received as a trade-in), and any note or other evidence of indebtedness given by the buyer to the seller pursuant to or regarding the sale.
Calculation of refund (Arkansas Fashion School):
After the first week, 10%, of the course, the refund shall be made on a pro-rate basis, based on the total number of clock hours for which the course is licensed. At the completion of 50%, no refund is available (11). If the Arkansas Fashion School cancels a course subsequent to a student’s enrollment, Arkansas Fashion School must refund all money paid by the student (12.a.c).
Refund will be calculated using:
Last date of attendance (LDA)
Date of determination (DOD)
Charges to the students
Total amount paid
Weeks earned and resulting percentage of program completed
Refund Due Dates:
If an applicant never attends class (no-show) or cancels the contract prior to the class start date, all refunds due will be made within forty-five (45) calendar days of the first scheduled day of class (12a).
For an enrolled and attending student, the refund will be calculated using the last day of attendance (LDA) and will be paid within forty-five (45) calendar days from the documented date of determination (DOD). The date of determination is the date that student gives written or verbal notice of withdrawal, or has met the consecutive absence date (12b).
Calculation of refund (Arkansas State Policy):
Refund should be calculated using:
Cost and length of program/ course
Completion of program/course
At completion of less than 25% of the course, the refunds shall be made on a pro rate basis.
At completion of 25% but less than 50% of the course, the student shall be refunded not less than 50% of the tuition.
At completion of 50% but less than 75% of the course, the student shall be refunded not less than 25% of the tuition.
At completion of 75% or more of the course no refund is due the student.
Note: “If applicant is rejected by the institution before being accepted, no refund is needed, no money would have been paid to Arkansas Fashion School toward the Fashion Study Program.”
